ASGARD’S GAUNTLET

You will join a clan in this epic battle of strength, wit and endurance, channeling your inner Viking to see what it takes to beat Asgard’s Gauntlet!

Date: April 12 2025

Instructional Day: 10am to 4pm

Event: 9pm to 3am

Camping: Check in Friday 6pm, Check out Sunday 4pm

Arrival: 9am sharp

When you check-in, you will be told which clan you belong too. We will then check to see if you brought everything in your gear list (you will receive this in an email after you purchase your ticket). You and your clan will setup your camp (separate from your sleeping area). This is where you will store your rations, setup your torches, and firepit.

Instructional Part of Day: 10am sharp

You will start the day by learning and making the things needed for the event.   This includes: Axe Throwing, Spear Throwing, Rope Making, Fire Building, Torch Making, Making Flaming Arrows, Building Rafts, Making Shelters, Making Battering Rams, Shooting Bows and Arrows, knot making, and Obstacle Technique.

At the end of this you will then take a break and prepare your gear.

Event: 9pm sharp to 3am

Your event will begin. You will be given tasks throughout the night that your clan must complete. Your clan will gain points off of performance. We will not tell you what those tasks are in advance. Most tasks will have you racing against another clan. The clan that has the most points at the end wins. The clan that wins will have your names enshrined on a trophy forever. Each winning remember will receive a trophy to take home. Stay tune on our social media for updates.

Who Can Participate: You must be at least 18 yrs old. You must be in ok shape and be able to lift at least 30 lbs. This is for men and women. Sometimes you will need the strength of men and sometimes you will need the nimbleness of women.

Attire: You can wear whatever clothing you want. But Viking clothing is recommended. We will have some for sale if you wish to purchase some.

This ticket includes the instructional day and the event itself. When you buy the ticket you will receive an email with the gear list.
The instructional day starts at 10am on April 12 and lasts till about 4pm. You will then be given a break and start the event at 9pm April 12 till about 3am. Winners will be crowned at 3am.
You must attend the instructional day to make your equipment like torches, arrows, and rafts for the event.
Want to learn how to build things but not do the event? No, Problem we got your covered! Here are a list of things that you will be learning
  1. Axe Throwing
  2. Spear Throwing
  3. Torch Making
  4. Flaming Arrows
  5. How to make Rope
  6. Shooting Bow and Arrows
  7. How to conquer obstacles like wall climbs, rope traverse, rope climbs etc..
  8. How to make a raft.
  9. Build a shelter
This will be approximately at 10am on April 12 and will last till around 4pm. These classes are taught by experts in each field. Everyone will be borken up into groups and then switch groups once prac app is done. See you out there!
Want to come out and practice something? come along! With this ticket you can practice spear throwing, axe throwing, and any of the obstacles that are at the facility leading up to the event. You can purchase tickets for other people as well.
We will have camping allowed at the grounds. You can check in Friday 6pm (you can possible check-in earlier if you give us a call. and exit Saturday at 4pm. You will have to buy two camping tickets if you want to stay form Friday to Sunday. If you purchase one ticket let us know for which day. Any person that stays at the campgrounds have to have an entry ticket or a spectator ticket as well.
